My 10 Day Bootcamp of Silence: Az Roberts / PFR018

Any experience that involves deprivation of some sort and long periods of suffering, resulting in personal or spiritual growth tends to attract my attention.

The path is suffering, right?

When my mentor pitched the idea of doing a 10 day Vipassana Meditation course as a next step in my spiritual evolution - I jumped at the opportunity.

This would be an entirely new frontier for me: An ancient meditation practice. 10 days of ‘noble silence’. No talking. No devices. No writing or reading. No daily creature comforts. 10+ hrs of sitting meditation every day.

All designed to focus and hone your attention to the daily work of going deep inside.

This would push me to my limits.

Enjoy,
Az ✌️
